• All prospective customers must go through an application and approval procedure. After a prospective customer has been approved, they will be issued a customer number, user-name and password so that they may begin purchasing products and access our website's ordering system. To start the application process, please contact us.
• Wardrobe & Bath Specialties delivers our product via our own delivery trucks generally leave in the evening and make the majority of their deliveries during the late night hours. Our customers must furnish a key to their place of business or provide a secure place to leave our product, as most of our deliveries are made during non-business hours.
• We also ship our products via common carrier upon request or for customers outside our normal delivery areas. This is an additional charge and delivery schedules may vary depending on the shipping method.
• Payment Terms: Net 30 days - A service charge of 1.5% per month charged on all past due accounts over 30 days.
• Return Policy: No Returns Accepted.
